Happy February!

May I wish you all a hearty welcome into what, I think you'll agree, is the most wonderfulest of months, and remind you that the most wonderfulest day in this Month of the Year takes place in exactly 3 weeks from today! But I'm sure you all are completely clued in (about this at least) so in the immortal words of Forrest Gump, that's all I have to say about that :) (for now).

So how long does parcel post take to reach Germany? It wouldn't be three weeks, now, would it?

Loved reading about your reunion and skiing exploits, and especially the word Muskelkater which sounds exactly like I too feel after taking kids on the ice-rink last week. A China-bound friend left me a very nice pair of skates, but these are now looking for a good home after a determined effort to use them resulted in repeated agony to myself and all around!

We had a surprisingly civilised church AGM yesterday, despite some very rude comments in the Annual Reports about my camp cooking. Kids work is proceeding apace. Today was little Esther Begarnie's dedication service with much yummy food afterwards: you have have enjoyed all the chocolate. You probably know that Natalie is on the mend and back to work this week, and I'm sure would appreciate your prayers for this. I'll remember you to house group on Wednesday.

May God guide and guard you, and continue to grant you fun! You must be such a great witness to your kids.

Still in my prayers,
Chris
